The seeding algo ranking is a ranking of players at the current point in time. It's a measure of how well they are expected to perform if they entered a tournament right now based on past results. In other words, how they should be seeded into an event right now. The ratings are calculated by the Schu Algorithm V3 which you can find out more about here.
