Here is the US state 2-2er tierlist! I took every player that went 2-2 in the past year and averaged their ratings from my algorithm weighted by how many times they went 2-2 in that state. So if a player went 2-2 20 times, they would contribute to the average 10 time as much as someone who went 2-2 10 times. Tournaments with 300+ entrants were removed from consideration since these are usually huge regional or major tournaments with out of state players in attendance, which would muddy up the data. It's an impressive showing for New Jersey and vindication for Tri-State as potentially the best region in the US. What do they have in the water there?
